Pure RV & Co Anti-Spam Policy

Pure RV & Co prohibits unsolicited commercial email and text-message marketing that advertises or links to purervandco.com.
We send marketing messages only to people who have given clear, documented consent or where another lawful basis specifically permits the message. We do not buy, sell, rent, scrape, or use harvested email addresses or mobile numbers for marketing.
Our employees, affiliates, dealers, agencies, vendors, partners, and other third parties may not promote Pure RV & Co or purervandco.com through unsolicited email or SMS, misleading sender identities, purchased or scraped lists, automated address harvesting, or any message that violates applicable anti-spam, privacy, or telecommunications rules.
Every marketing message must accurately identify the sender, include the required business information, provide a clear and working unsubscribe method, and honor unsubscribe or STOP requests promptly. Consent records must be retained and made available for audit when requested.
We investigate credible complaints and may immediately suspend campaigns, suppress affected recipients, revoke access, or terminate relationships with anyone who violates this policy.
To report unwanted messages connected to Pure RV & Co or purervandco.com, email Mendy@purervandco.com with the full message, headers if available, the sending number or address, and the date received. We will investigate and take corrective action.
Nothing in this policy authorizes any person or organization to send unsolicited messages on our behalf.
